The hotel has a total 284 deluxe Guestrooms including 15 Junior Suites, 7 deluxe Suites and 2 Presidential Suites. The rooms show a delicate combination of Italian damask and modern design. The Presidential Suites have been furnished from the exclusive Ralph Lauren collection. Most rooms have balcony facing the sea or Alexander the Great Avenue.

The Makedonia Palace offers a wide range of conference, meeting, congress and banqueting facilities up to 3,000 participants. The Aristotelis ballroom and terrace has a capacity of 1,000 people and can be divided in two sections. The Alexandras for 650 and the Amphitryon 220 both can be divided in two sections. The 7 break down rooms (from 20m² to 48 m²) add great flexibility to bigger events.
